Tunisian Mint Tea

Black and mint tea garnished with pine nuts

Tunisian Mint Tea

Ingredients:

3 bags of black tea
sugar to taste
1 cup mint sprigs
2 tblsp pine nuts, for garnish

Method:

  1. Boil 2 cups of water, remove from heat.
  2. Add the tea, mint and sugar then stir.
  3. let it rest for 2 min then strain,
  4. Serve warm in glasses garnished with pine nuts.
