Lentil and Potato Dip

Lentils, potatoes, garlic and coriander dip

Lentil and Potato Dip

Ingredients:

3 Cups Cooked Brown Lentils
2 Medium Potatoes, boiled, peeled, chopped
6 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1/4 Cup Fresh Coriander, finley chopped
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:

  1. In a food proccessor blend all the ingedients until a smooth paste.
  2. Add more or less water depending on how thick you like it.
  3. Serve with pita crisps.
