Yogurt and Cucumber Dip

Yogurt with sour cream, garlic, chopped cucumber and dill

Yogurt and Cucumber Dip

Ingredients:

1 cup Lebanese or Greek yogurt
1 cup sour cream
3 tablebsp olive oil
1 tablebsp vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cucumbers, peeled, chopped finely
1 tsp. chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Spring onion for garnish

Method:

  1. Combine yogurt, sour cream, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl, mix well.
  2. Add cucumber and chopped fresh dill.
  3. Garnish with sping onion before serving.
