Yogurt and Onion Dip

Sautéed onion and garlic, in yogurt with parsley

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cups Plain Yogurt
1 Large Onion, finely chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 Tblsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tblsp Flat Leaf Parsley, finely chopped

Method:

  1. In medium frying pan heat the oil then sauté the onions and garlic until lightly golden.
  2. Place yogurt into a serving bowl then mix through the sautéed onions and garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with pita bread.
