1 Puff Pastry Sheet
1/2 Cup Za'atar Mix
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Tomato, finely diced
- Preheat the oven to 200c.
- Spray or brush a baking tray with oil then set aside.
- In a medium bowl combine tomato, za’atar and olive oil, mix well then set aside.
- Spread the filling over the entire puff pastry sheet.
- Cut out strips 4cm x 20 cm then roll each strip into a spiral.
- Place the spirals on the baking try then bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Allow 10 minutes to cool then serve.
