Made from the dry ground fruits of the Genus Rhus shrub native to Africa

Sumac Spice



Sumac is deep red to purple in color and is used to add a zesty, lemony taste.

Sumac is a regular inclusion in Middle Eastern cuisine used on meats, in dips and salads, rice in Turkish cuisine and in Za'atar mix.
