2 medium Cabbages
1 tablesp allspice powder
3 chopped celery stalks
2 sliced hot green peppers
- Cut the cabbages into quarters.
- Put the peppers and the celery at the bottom of the
jar then press the cabbage on top.
- Add water to fill up to the top of the jar, then add
1 tablespoon of salt for each cup of water, then mix in the allspice.
- Close the jar and place it in a sunny spot.
- After 7 days the pickled cabbage is ready to serve.
