Moroccan Carrot Chips

Oven roasted carrot chips with salt and paprika

Moroccan Carrot Chips

Ingredients:

500g Carrots, peeled, cut into sticks
1 Tsp Paprika Powder
2 Tsps Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt

Method:

  1. Place carrot sticks in a large bowl, add olive oil, salt and paprika then toss to coat.
  2. Preheat oven at 200c.
  3. Place carrot sticks on a baking try.
  4. Roast for 10-12 minutes or until crisp-tender.
