Ingredients:
1 Cup Instant Couscous
2-3 Tblsp Unsalted Butter
1 Cloves Garlic, crushed
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 Cup Flat Leaf Parsley, finley chopped
1/4 Cup Fresh Coriander, finley chopped
1 Tsp Dried Basil Flakes
1 Tsp Dried Oregano Flakes
Method:
- In a medium saucepan on a low heat melt the butter.
- Remove saucepan from heat then add the couscous, herbs, garlic, salt, pepper and 3/4 cup boiling water, mix well.
- Cover saucepan and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Fluff with a folk then serve immediately.
