Garlic Pita Crisps

Baked garlic and olive oil crisps

Garlic Pita Crisps

Ingredients:

4 pitas loaves
4 tablesp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200c.
  2. In a plate mix olive oil, garlic and salt.
  3. Cut pitas bread into eighths, place on baking paper on a tray and brush with oil mixture on both sides.
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Serve broken into smaller pieces, with your favourite dip.
