Lebanese Omelette

Ingredients:


4 Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
1 tablesp Flour
1/2 tablesp Baking powder
1/2 cup chopped spring onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil
 

Method:

  1. Beat eggs, milk, baking powder, flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix in parsley and spring onion.
  3. Heat oil in small frying pan, pour in enough mixture just to cover bottom of the pan.
  4. Cover and cook slowly until firm.
  5. Serve with pita bread.
