Za'atar is the name of a Middle Eastern blend of dried herbs and spice mix with Sesame Seeds, Sumac, Salt, Oregano, Basil, Marjoram and Thyme.

Za'atar is commlonly used as a Pizza topping but can also be added to soups or to meat dishes.
