2 Tbs olive oil, for browning garlic
1/2 cup olive oil, in a small bowl
6 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 Tsp of lemon juice
1/2 Tsp dry oregano flakes
Salt and pepper taste
1/2 Tsp chilli flakes (optional)
Method:
In a frying pan, lightly brown garlic in olive oil over low to medium heat (do not burn or it will be bitter).
Pour the garlic into the bowl of olive oil that has been set aside.
