Ingredients:
600g potato
5 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablesp vinegar
1/2 teasp chilli powder
1/2 teasp cumin powder
salt and pepper to taste
Garnish with flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
Method:
- Boil the potatoes with the skin on.
- Peel and crush garlic.
- When potatoes have softend, peel and cut into small chuncks.
- Put all the ingredients into a blender until smooth.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with pita bread.
