Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
3 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teasp salt
1/2 teasp freshly ground black pepper
1 teasp lemon juice
Flat leaf parsley for garnish
Method:
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate until well chilled.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with pita bread.
