Ingredients:
4 Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
1 tablesp Flour
1/2 tablesp Baking powder
1/2 cup chopped spring onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil
Method:
- Beat
eggs, milk, baking powder, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in parsley and spring onion.
- Heat oil in small frying pan, pour in enough mixture
just to cover bottom of the pan.
- Cover and cook slowly until firm.
- Serve with pita bread.
