Ingredients:
1kg Chicken Thighs
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup plain yogurt
2 Tsp cumin powder
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tblsp paprika
1 lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Place the yogurt cumin, onion, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
- Place the chicken in the marinade and leave in the fridge overnight.
- Preheat oven to 200c, place chicken thighs on a wire rack and bake for 2 hours turning after 1 hour, remove when skin is nice and crispy.
