Ingredients:
500g Chicken Filets, diced
1 1/2 Cup Rice, rinsed
2 Carrots, grated
1 Medium Onion, finely chopped
2-3 Garlic Cloves, crushed
Salt and Pepper to taste
Vegetable Oil
Method:
- Sauté the chicken and carrot in vegetable oil.
- Add onion, sauté a little more then add the garlic.
- Then place the chicken with vegetables into the baking pan.
- Add rice, salt, pepper then add water, so it will cover the rice approximately 2-3cm.
- Bake in the oven at 200c for 40-50 minutes.
- Serve hot.
