Chickpea, Feta and Parsley Salad
Chickpeas, crumbled feta parsley, garlic, lemon and sumac

Ingredients:
1 Can Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
3/4 Cup Crumbled Feta
1/4 Cup Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley, roughly chopped
Dressing:
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Sumac
2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
- Combine all the dessing ingredients in a small bowl.
- Combine all the salad ingredients in a salad bowl then add the dressing.
- Toss then serve immediately.
