Ingredients:
1 500g brown red lentils
2 large onions, minced
1 small onions, sliced
½ cup olive oil
2 large onions, sliced
6 cups water
2 Tsp sea-salt
1 Tsp black pepper powder
1 Tsp ground musket (Nutmeg)
Method:
- Fry minced onions in a big pot until they get
brownish, then add lentils and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add water and when it is boiled add salt, black
pepper and musket.
- Cook for 45 minutes, then turn off fire and add fresh
sliced onion on top.
