Ingredients:
Oil for frying
500g Cauliflower Head, cut into 5cm flowerets
3 Tblsp Lemon Juice
2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp ground coriander
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, to coat the cauliflower.
- Heat the oil to hot then fry the cauliflower or until golden.
- Let drain o paper towels the serve.
