Ingredients:
500g Carrots, peeled, cut into sticks
1 Tsp Paprika Powder
2 Tsps Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
Method:
- Place carrot sticks in a large bowl, add olive oil, salt and paprika then toss to coat.
- Preheat oven at 200c.
- Place carrot sticks on a baking try.
- Roast for 10-12 minutes or until crisp-tender.
