Ingredients:
500g Cauliflower Head, cut into 5cm flowerets
3 tblsp olive oil
2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp ground coriander
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
- Preheat oven to 220c.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, to coat the cauliflower.
- Place the cauliflower on a roasting pan and roast for 25 minutes, or until cauliflower is golden and just tender.
